Summer is a par-TEA!

My birthday is in only 19 days!

{July 3rd}

And i have decided for 19 days i am not going to have any prosseced sugar, like candy and sweets, and i will not drink anything but water and tea.

I would say just water but i also decided to start every summer day off with a big glass of hot green tea. I read that it is very very good for your skin.

Wish me luck, its gonna be hard!
